Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of NOORI at noori.work. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NOORI.

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use NOORI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

NOORI is an AI-assisted career workspace. It lets you create or import a professional profile, tailor resumes to job descriptions, generate PDF files, compare resumes with job requirements, review ATS-style analyses, and organize job applications and notes.

Features may evolve, and availability can depend on your account, credit balance, locale, configured AI provider, and third-party services. NOORI is not a recruitment agency and does not apply to jobs, contact employers, or make hiring decisions for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your authentication email or Google account, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share sign-in links or allow unauthorized access.

Use the feedback panel promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require identity verification before changing account information or responding to sensitive requests.

You retain ownership of the profiles, documents, job descriptions, notes, and other content you submit. You grant NOORI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, format, transmit to configured service providers, and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. Do not upload confidential employer information, sensitive personal data, or another person's data unless you are authorized and have a lawful reason to do so.

AI output is a drafting and analysis aid. It may contain mistakes, omit information, interpret job requirements incorrectly, or produce language that is not appropriate for your situation. You must review and approve all output before submitting it to an employer or relying on it.

ATS scores and keyword classifications are estimates based on the supplied content. They do not reproduce every employer's screening system and do not guarantee an interview, offer, response, or employment outcome.

You must not present fabricated credentials or achievements. NOORI instructs its models not to invent facts, but you remain responsible for the truthfulness and final use of generated content.

NOORI may grant promotional credits at account creation or through other campaigns. Promotional credits have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued for future users.

Resume generation and regeneration consume the number of credits shown in the interface, currently one credit per successful operation. The associated ATS analysis does not create an additional charge where the interface describes it as included. A reserved credit is automatically restored when an operation fails before completion; dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered result does not by itself trigger an automatic credit restoration.

Credit packages are one-time purchases processed by Stripe, not recurring subscriptions, unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices, currency, taxes, and applicable fees are shown before payment. Credits are personal, non-transferable, not legal tender, and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

Purchased credits do not currently have an automatic expiration date unless a validity period is clearly disclosed before purchase. Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the transaction. Use the feedback panel with the purchase details. Deleting an account may result in loss of unused credits, subject to mandatory legal rights.

You may use NOORI only for lawful professional and job application purposes. You must not:

• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, or use generated content to deceive.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, payment controls, or service security.
• Use bots, scraping, bulk requests, or automated access without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, credentials, or other protected service elements except where law expressly permits it.
• Upload malware or use the service in a way that disrupts, overloads, or harms NOORI, its providers, or other users.
• Use the service or AI outputs to violate privacy, intellectual property, employment, discrimination, or other applicable laws.

NOORI and its software, branding, interface, templates, documentation, and service technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may download and use resumes generated from your lawful content for your own professional purposes. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

NOORI depends on services such as Firebase, Resend, AI model providers, Stripe, and infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Temporary unavailability or changes in those services may affect NOORI features.

With your optional consent, NOORI also uses Google Analytics 4 for service measurement. Refusing analytics does not limit essential product features. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and policies, and its service may change or become temporarily unavailable.

Payment disputes may also be governed by Stripe and the payment method provider, without limiting rights granted by applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, prevent fraud or harm, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using NOORI at any time and may request account deletion through support. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

We work to keep NOORI available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, internet conditions, security events, or legal requirements may interrupt access.

We may modify or discontinue features. When a material change negatively affects paid functionality or purchased credits, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, NOORI is provided as available and without guarantees of employment results, employer acceptance, ATS performance, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output. NOORI does not provide legal, immigration, financial, tax, human resources, or recruitment advice.

To the extent permitted by law, NOORI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost opportunities, employer decisions, or actions taken based on unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service relationship, without limiting mandatory consumer, privacy, or jurisdiction rights available to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please use the feedback panel so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, providers, pricing practices, security, or law. The current version and its update date will remain available here. Material changes may be communicated through the service when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
